Exclusive “Man From Snowy River” Ride - February 2011

We are excited to give you a sneak peek into the exclusive opportunity to ride into the high country with both our family and Tom Burlinson next February. You will have the chance to experience, first hand, the high country experiences that got into Tom’s blood all those years ago!

We've harboured the thought for years and didn’t feel with how busy Tom's schedule was that he’d have the time to entertain the idea of this unique trip, let alone jump at the chance!

Tom's a dedicated family man and wants to bring his kids to the high country to experience the very things that made him so passionate about the area back when he became a household name and the star of many stockmen's tales with the Australian epic "The Man From Snowy River.":/about/man-from-snowy-river/ This will be the first time in 30 years since he's entered that spectacular area.

There’s at least one person in every group that rides with us who’s a ‘Snowy River’ tragic! We always thought that people's interest in the movie would wane but have been surprised to find that this hasn't happened! The interest has been so strong that we’ve now got to the stage where it’s just about right to revisit it in a very personal way.

You will visit the spectacular mountains and rivers of Victoria’s great dividing range and see firsthand all the locations used in "The Man From Snowy River" :/about/man-from-snowy-river/ movies! A treat you won’t easily forget. Places like Craig’s Hut, The Bluff and Mount Lovick named in honour of our family. Imagine re-enacting some of the great scenes including the spectacular river crossing and shooting a mini movie with you starring alongside Tom Burlinson!
